Part-time | 15 hours/week | £10,466 pro rata (£26,166 FTE)
12-month contract (with potential to extend)
Hybrid working – office based in Hove with flexibility

About the Role
We’re looking for a new Project Coordinator to help deliver and develop our Gig Buddies project in Brighton & Hove.
You’ll be responsible for:
Recruiting, training and supporting volunteers
Matching volunteers with people with learning disabilities or autistic people based on shared interests
Facilitating group sessions, including training, advisory groups, and social events
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Is passionate about inclusion and social justice
Brings warmth, energy and enthusiasm to their work
Has strong organisational skills and meets deadlines
Can work both independently and as part of a small team
Has good administrative skills and enjoys managing a varied workload
Brings a creative and positive approach to their role
Experience working with people with learning disabilities or autistic people is beneficial, but not essential if you have the right values and are keen to learn.
